When you use the extension on LinkedIn, Replio may access and process LinkedIn content only to provide the core product features, such as:

• Conversation threads and participants

• Message text and timestamps

• Conversation metadata (e.g., thread identifiers, read/seen state as displayed in the UI)

Important: This LinkedIn message content is processed and stored locally on your device and is not stored on Ploutos servers.

C. Information collected automatically (limited)

We may collect limited technical and usage information, such as:

• Device/app information: browser type, operating system, extension/app version, language, time zone (coarse).

• Usage information: feature usage events and interaction patterns (e.g., which features are used, coarse counts).

• Diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, performance metrics.

We aim to avoid collecting anything that reveals the content of your LinkedIn messages.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the Services (authentication, settings, subscriptions, support)

• Deliver core features (inbox/relationship management and follow-up clarity within LinkedIn)

Because LinkedIn message content is stored locally, the protection of that content also depends on the security of your device, browser profile, and operating environment.

Trust Center

Ploutos maintains a Trust Center (powered by Sprinto) describing our security practices, controls, policies, and subprocessors list, including our ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 compliance/readiness status (as applicable). Access to certain materials may require verification.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information,

• object to or restrict certain processing,

• request a copy/portability of your personal information (where applicable).

You can also:

• delete local extension data via Replio settings, clearing browser storage, or uninstalling the extension,
